Previously known as Frolesworth Bronze Turkeys, we have many years experience and relocated earlier this year to Lodge Farm knowing it would be the perfect location to rear these special birds.

Our Bronze Turkeys are raised with care over a typical six-month period, allowing them to grow slowly and naturally to full maturity. They are nourished with high-quality, locally manufactured feed, ensuring optimal health and flavour. This slow, natural growth process creates beautiful fat marbling throughout the meat, delivering a wonderfully rich, succulent taste that makes every Christmas dinner truly special.
Raised with Care, Naturally Full of Flavour
Our turkeys arrive as chicks in early summer and are nurtured daily with expert care. They roam freely indoors and out, spending their days on lush grass pastures. With plenty of space and fresh air, they grow in a calm, natural environment that enhances both the texture and taste of the meat. Our goal is simple: to provide a premium-quality turkey bursting with flavour for an unforgettable festive dining experience.
The birds are hand dry plucked then hung for up to 14 days to develop that characteristic flavour. The turkeys come boxed and are oven ready.
We highly recommend you purchase a meat thermometer as they cook much quicker than a commercial bird.
Pricing
When you order your turkey we will try to match a bird weight to your order, but as our birds are all free range and grow and develop naturally we cant promise you will get the exact weight.
If you order a 5kg bird we will endeavour to ensure that the weight is between 5.0kg and 5.9kg.
